What Is Online Running Coaching for Adults?

Adult Coaching is a customised training program designed specifically for your race, distance, or running goal. Delivered through TrainingPeaks, the personalised program will be delivered weekly. This will be tailored to your fitness, lifestyle, goals, running history and event schedule. With unlimited support and regular feedback, you’ll know exactly what to do each week to stay on track and improve.

From road marathons to trail races, ultras, or shorter events, Amy takes the guesswork out of training so you can focus on running.

The programs include: 

  1. Personalised program delivered to your training peaks app
  2. Unlimited email access for questions and feedback
  3. Phone calls for race plan and nutrition advice
  4. Catch up at running events 
  5. Access to closed groups for support,  feedback and group events.

Private 1:1 Coaching

Private coaching is the fastest way to see real results. These sessions are tailored to your unique needs. Together we’ll target specific goals such as improving running speed, agility, acceleration, crouch starts, hurdles, or overall technique. I’ll work closely with you to create a personalised plan that keeps you motivated, builds confidence, prevents injuries, and helps you reach your running potential with the right guidance and accountability.

  • Duration & Cost: $80 for 45 mins or $110 for 1 hour (discounted packs available for 8–10 sessions)

Whether you’re an adult chasing your first 5km, 10km, preparing for a road marathon, or tackling the challenge of a 21km or 50km trail run, you’ll find a structured plan designed to guide you every step of the way. Simply upload your program into the app (Heroic App or TrainingPeaks), follow the sessions, and train with confidence knowing you’ve got a proven roadmap to reach your goals. This will include a series of sprinting drills and an assessment of your technique and mechanics will be performed. Based on the findings, you receive a tailored plan of exercises, drills, and a program to improve your speed and or running. This may include joining one of the squads, private or a program designed specifically for you.

How is the program delivered?

All programs are delivered through TrainingPeaks, a simple online platform that makes it easy to follow your sessions.

If you already have a running base, 12 weeks may be enough. If you’re starting with lower fitness, 16 weeks or more is recommended.

It depends on your goals and schedule. Some runners train 3–4 times per week, others 5–6. Amy will design your program around what works for you.

Yes. If you prefer an in-person coaching session, Amy also offers private 1:1 sessions in Penrith and the Blue Mountains. These include detailed technique analysis, video feedback, and personalised drills to help you improve faster.
